i had 2 other images that i liked alot but 1 had too much editing done to it and the other needed to be croped to completly folow the rules and in the end i went with the 1 that had the least editing of all of them.

it was the fav. of my mom and dad.

here's what i did-
cloned out the base of a lamp post in the backround
ajusted the color
and the contrast
and added a warming filter to the image in CS

thanx for the votes and comments as wlways they are much apricated.

thanx to manic also for helping me through the rules and telling me what i needed to do inorder to meet them.
when all is sayed and done out of all the images this 1 leaves me with the most photographic integrity as i did little to it as a reproduced reality.

This is so well done! On the thumbnail, it almost looks like 3 little minature park benches on a white studio backdrop... Once you look at it, you see that it's snow! Very clean. 9

It looks like the exposure was thrown off by the bright snow, it would be a good idea to fix this using levels in an editing program.
