Very nice but lighthouse seems a bit soft. Good shot and great lighting. |

Returning for comment.
A stunning photo and one of the better light house photos that I have seen so great capture and well done in being able to place yourself wll for the photo. I would have liked to see the light house stand out a little more like the waves on the right, maybe it could have been dodged a little to brighten it. I hope this photo does well for you. |

Not a bad scene. Dodging/retouching looks a little obvious on the lighthouse unfortunately, but it's a strong composition. |

This is a nice seascape shot. but it is a little let down by the over-processed edges on the rocks (centre right) and by the inclination of the lighthouse. I think a lighthouse has to be meticulously vertical to be taken seriously. 6 |

Emotive photo. The absence of light shining from the lighthouse takes away from the potential power of the shot. Sometimes though there is only the photo that is before us rather than the photo we had hoped would be before us. Good luck. |

Nice try, good image. Looks like you did something that I do, process the sky separate from the rest of the image as a way to bring out detail. That part worked but, like me, you need to work on the transition boundary. Something I do is re-select the sky then clone out the boundary transition, like is most apparent on the right side of the image along the horizon line. Sometimes I might need to expand or contract the selection by a pixel or two to setup for cloning. If the sky is in a separate layer then you will have to flatten the affected layers first. |

Nice subject, and the upper sky looks good, but the foreground and the lower clouds seem to be oversharpened. Also the image is tilted slightly to the right. Good effort, keep experimenting. |

A slight rotation to bring the lighthouse vertical would be an improvement |

appears the light house is slightly crooked.

It looks like your image has to be slightly rotated to the left to correct that leaning lighthouse. I would have scored this one point highre for this. Interesting sky and good choice to go with black and white. |

A wonderful image! Just a tiny bit of a rotation counterclockwise would have made this spot on...still a 9. good luck! |
