There are a lot of bulb shots in this challenge, which doesn't make it a good idea; just popular. This one is a little short of impact because it is neither lit up (I don't know how they do that, either), nor is it photographed in an interesting way (in silhouette, for example). I guess what I'm saying is that if you are going to shoot a pedestrian object, try to find an "unusual" way to do so. Sorry. 4 |

Sometimes simplicity is the answer, and I think you've effectively utilized it.
I like this entry but I feel this could be improved if it was focused a tad bit better, or selectively sharpened a hair more at the screw. The grey backdrop is not very flattering. I suggest going for a more high key approach, or a low key, perhaps a black backdrop. Still, overall a good entry. |

Nice arrangement. It could've benefited from the light being lit, if that were possible through some legal trick of Photoshop. The photo seems a little "flat" to me, but I like the background color and light you've chosen very much. |
