The car in the background is a little too in focus, thus drawing attention away from the sign.

The jackboot of the man, I tell you! ;) Bold capture, risking harrassment by the cops. I think I'd have preferred to see more background, not as tight a crop.

Busy busy busy! I would have taken the number plates off my car, put a mask on and tried to drive past getting a 99 number on that radar display, and then take the photo :)

Good shot but I find it lacks crispness. It looks like the contrast is a little to bright which is giving a blurry look to the whole picture. It may also be the white balance. I like the crop and positioning of the shot. Good luck in this challenge.
