 One of the first pictures I've taken with my new DSC-F828. I must admit there is a bit of a learning curve (the pictures do not take themselves). This cat was approx. 55 feet away on an overcast day.

Well for one of your first shots this is real nice. I found coming from a 717 to the 828 the learning curve wasn̢۪t as bad as it could have been if I hadn̢۪t owned a Sony or two before hand. You must have used the zoom to get this shot so I̢۪m sure you used a tripod or rested the camera against something. It is a nice portrait of a Tiger. Hope to see more.
