 Ayayay... thank goodness this won't do well, because the original is quite unattractive with uneven skin tones and the poor lighting in my house! I had this idea immediately (following my displeasure at the pink challenge coming AFTER my pink rose picture) and for once actually finished it early. It's pretty close to what I wanted, but I am not entirely satisfied with it.

The blush IS natural, and without any involvement from alcohol, mind you :) I know people probably don't want to look at an extreme close up of a chubby face, but I wanted to try something different for this challenge. I predict a lot of baby and flower entries :)

Editing: Cropped, resized, curves, Neat Image, cloned out some fly away hair, spot edited to even tones and soften some areas, dodged the eye whites, burned a few bright areas, and sharpened a bit. Added border.

You evidently have no idea how pretty you are. Excellent shot. I'm a new comer to DP, but I've enjoyed many/most of your shots. Very nicely done. Love your self portraits.

Julia! This is not a chubby face. It's a gorgeous face, complimented by a genuinely nice smile and beautiful hands.

A very neat and semi playful capture which imparts a frolic feeling that curls the viewers lips into a smile. Eyes with that great liquid feel and moist lips makes this image sing. Bumping up to 8

A nicely focused photo, what is the secret she is hiding? I found if I crop it leaving the eyes and cheeks, it makes her look more mysterious.

Very pretty girl and nice clear picture. However, her skin looks like it's made of pastic or something. Perhaps you used too much Neat Image. The hand is so smooth that it looks really unnatural.
