Nice effect in the clouds. Altough it is often a good technique, I don't think the foreground tree adds to this image. Focus of the dam could have been sharper - were you using a tripod and f/11 or so? Seems a little crooked. |

Good color saturation; lack of focus/sharpness kind of detracts from your shot, though. |

I like the top two thirds of this image. I'd prefer to see it cropped - losing the bottom part of the dam and everything below that.

I like the composition of this shot in terms of arrangement. The tree on the left give the image some weight and grounds it with some negative space (kind of). The whole image is out of focus, though. Also, for shots like this in daytime light, try your smallest aperture, and don't compensate for reciprocity failure. Your image will often take on more interesting light. |
