Nice picture, and the subject here to me is portrayed just fine. The picture does look a little bit heavy on the right side, and the grass on the left side is large enough to become distracting. Other than that I certainly think it portrays pain, and couldn't help feeling sorry for the subject.

I think I would have cropped tight from the left to make the image more intimate and personal. Technically good, but composition needs a little work, IMO 5

This I know well, having been there too many times in my lifetime. I am looking at this photo, remembering, longing, wondering... what if... and yes I can still revisit the pain.

Very well done... you have managed to exemplify pain in a very tasteful and poignant manner.

This looks a bit posed and not real. It mostly has to do with the subject, I'd try and get an actor for this type of picture. The framing and use of light seem like they could be much more expressive as well.
