| Pain? Out of breath maybe, but you can't tell from this photo if it's due to effort or for some other reason. Take in more context, perhaps the winner celebrating in the next lane or across the pool. |

Seems a bit out of focus. Also the cropping...kinda weird.
Looks like he twisted something, or got bit by something. |
