 In door track meet...boy, was it dark! and no flash permitted..adjusted levels, cropped reduced noise. Any Advice on how this could have been better?

A little ambiguous without context or facial expression of the vaulter. Difficult to tell if that's the pole or the bar.

Well composed action shot. I wish you had a little more flash to illuminate the closest side of jumper. Still high marks for good action freeze and treatment of the challenge.

Good idea, and nice capture of motion. The background is a little too busy though. Perpahs another angle with less background would have been better.
