well, my attempt fell a little short-- it looks like i set the contrast a little high and is just a tad more yellowish than your original! poo. :)

| Thanks for the comments everyone! Now, for a bit of silly luck with this photo... I can't seem to reproduce the tone!!! I came across it after fiddling with desaturation, but then I saved it as this little bitty jpeg and now I can't recreate the tone! Really kinda bums me out 'cause I'd like to offer it as a print. If anyone out there is good with toning, I'd appreciate if you would give it try. You can grab a low resolution copy at //www.pbase.com/image/14649456/original. |

This is really nice. Great effect of the pot and background being the same tones while the shadows help define the pot. Good job! Love the crack (?) in the corner too.
