I took this in the morning at about 8:00 a.m. I had scheduled to go out here at this time for a few minutes. I ended up staying about an hour. I took a total of about 50 shots. Only my third submission. Again I am new to the whole Photoshop thing so I didn't do much.

Edits are:

Rotate 90 degrees CCW
Auto Levels
Change the hue on greens to bring bridge out.
Cropped out some of the sky
Save for Web

As always comments and suggestions on how to improve are always welcome.

I'm a sucker for shots that aren't overdone in Photoshop. I enjoy the reflection in the water as well as the light graduation from the pillars (from dark to light). If you were to decide to Photoshop this baby I think the sky could use more saturation. Other than that I think this shot is fine...the lighting couldn't have been any better for you.

Greetings,
I have to agree with telehubbie, I think some USM especially on those front left rocks would help greatly, other than that, and perhaps the use of a polarizer to make the sky "pop" a bit more this is a great image.

I like the way you chose to go on the darker side of the bridge, it gives good contrast to the light on the pillars. Try a little unsharp mask (or equivalent in another program) and it will really pop.

like the color of the bridge, and the sunlight on the pillars (whatever they are called) and the reflection - only think there may be too much sky.

Lovely colours in the bridge and the supports in particular, however, the bridge seems to be a little lost against the background.

Pretty lighting. Pretty coloring. But, the bridge is buried in front of the browns of the the distant trees.

I don't know what camera was used here but I feel there's too much sky. I'd have like to have seen this bridge a bit tighter.

Very nice lighting. Your picture might have had more punch if you had deepened the shadows and midtones a little bit with levels.

Very interesting color - bridge and concret piers. Great lighting. I like the green reflection of the bridge in the water. The sky adds nothing. Also, I dislike it when strong background lines coincide with major lines in the subject - see where the mountain dips to touch the bridge.
