 Taken January 2002, south of Nassau, Bahamas.

This is a Royal Gramma living on a reef near the wreck of the Will Laurie. I thought the background coral set off the colors of the fish - and the fish looks as if he has a bit smile on his little face.

This photo makes me smile every time I see the smiley fish!!

Seeing as you've used my real name, I've got to comment on this.

Yes. I smile, too, when I see this. You've caught a precious moment. It might be better, though, to crop a lot out of this to focus in on the fish itself. Then the subject would be more obvious and, hopefully, funnier. Nice colours.
