The scene overall is pretty well shot - good exposure, sharpness, sense of shape on the buildings, sense of light. The downside, and I fear it will really hurt your score, is that the bridge itself lacks definition almost completely.

This old bridge needs fixing. Would look good in b/w or sepia. Swans a nice touch even if one has no head.

Very interesting scene and the composition does it justice. Just a pity that someone has put up the iron fences. Guess you'd drop straight trough the wooden fence? :)

I also like the inclusion of the gras in the right corner, it adds depth. The swans are an interesting element as well. Good work.
