 Buda bridge, over the Brussels-Schelde canal.
It is located in the old industrial outskirts of Brussels, which are very popular with local photographers into 'urban exploration' or 'abandoned places'.
I wanted to shoot the bridge at dawn but the weather wasn't co-operating. The weather got even worse the days that followed so I gave up and went with this one.
There is so much sodium lighting around this area, I just couldn't get a nice black sky. I wonder what y'all think...
Edits : levels, saturation, resize, usm, neat image.

Some comment on the road, however it is not a road, it is the water. The streak of light is made by a ship passing by.

Pretty good detail in a tricky situation. The composition lacks some strength I'm afriad - trickier subjects than they immediately seem, are bridges.

I really like the photo...mostly due to the lighting. The reflection in the wet road is very nice. I think the picture may be too "busy" though. My eyes are drawn to the line of lights on the right....which, while nice, take you away from the theme of the bridge. Same thin with the building on the left. but...I know you can't change those things. Did you try a tighter crop? I'll still rank this high but you good have gotten even better. Good job!
