| Very good attempt. I personally don't like the lighting. I realize images like this one have their place in some people's minds, but it just isn't really all that appealing to me, personally. |

| A very nice image which will invite the bell curve because the face remains lost in darkness. The color and pose evokes a very sensual feel and the venetian blind adds flavor. A profile, even in silhoutte would have raised the value higher into the self portrait realm. However, I like the concept. Bumping up. |

| Returning for comment. Lovely emotive image here. It's a bit dark on my monitor, and it took longer to figure out what the subject was than some of the other submissions due to the darkness. Overall, a decent shot that with some image editing could be great. |
