I was just in Avon. I miss the rockies :( I think if you cropped out the roadways and waited til there were no cars on the bridge this pic would be stronger. Otherwise a very nice shot. The rockies are also framed nicely, good job. |

fantastic photo. the white tops on the mountains are eyecatching and this creates such a contrast against the grassy median. i love the mountains. i love this pic. good eye! |

this is nice, but looks a bit like a snapshot. with the right setup with those rockies in the background, you could have an amazing image. |

I feel that the cars on the road to the left spoil what would have been a killer shot. |

Great landspace under the bridge, but bridge not interesting. 5 |

I've tried to get this shot myself..I think (near Evergreen just west of Denver). I think an angle that captures the bridge more of an angle and a tighter view would work better. Good lighting |

The idea is interesting. I happen to find the lighting really difficult to appreciate. And I find the left and right, top and bottom quarters of the photo to be uninteresting. I'm not sure my own approach would be better, but it might be worth trying: It's such a long span that I think it would be interesting to use a longer lens and bring the bridge to the top of the photo, Then we'd have cars and trucks passing over the rockies. It could be really striking at twilight when the sky is darkening and the sun is just catching the peaks; the lights would leave red trails on the bridge. Just a thought. |

Nice composition.
I would have waited until there were no cars though. I know it would have taken a great deal of patience, but the cars on the left and on the bridge distract you from the Rockies.
Too bad it wasn't a clear blue sky that day too. Would have brought the colour of the grass, bridge and snow atop of the Rockies more alive.

could rotate to line up the bridge horizontally and crop the car at the left out. Or maybe zoom out to show the other end also. Nice. |
