Great leading lines in this shot and I think it works very well in B/W. I probably would have bumped up the contrast a bit and done some dodging/burning (if it were advanced editing) - but then again I tend to overdo both of those things! LOL Great capture.

This image is perfect in B&W. The stains on the side of the bridge make me think of all the blood spilled in this battle. Congrats on a Great capture.

Burnside's Bridge, I believe; nicely captured

I would have liked to see this with a bit more contrast and perhaps some very faint sepia toning. The composition itself is good, but there doesn't seem to be a lot of range in the tones - it'd be nice if the bridge stood out just a bit more from the background. Maybe different lighting? Nonetheless, meets the challenge and the focus is good.

To me, the bridge is a little lost in the composition.

Very nice one, although I would prefer the entire bridge to be in the photo

I feel like the bridge was a bit lost in the shadows on this one. Could another time of day have been more powerful? I still like the shot though.. Well composed. Thanks!
