I find the power line in the background distracting and causing a sense of unbalance with the bridge top supports. I think it was taken from a wrong POV. I wish you well in the challenge.

A little less water would help, I think. "East Meets West" normally refers to Asia & the US (or similar), so I found the title misleading. Power lines detract.
