Darn - my original comments were lost. This picture is a set of individual areas that blend together wonderfully. Not one line or shape or angle matches any other - yet together, they form a perfecly designed whole. This should be a tutorial in design elements and composition. It's not spectacular - just spectacularly composed.

The bank on the right does not look as sharp as the rest of the image and I find my eye wandering there

Interesting composition. Because of the lack of color I think it would work better with a custom B&W toning.

Gorgeous. The photo perfectly captures the 'nowhere.' There's a kind of stark beauty in this nowhere owing to the water and stone and clear bright light. And the dark and interestingly colored bridge complements everything perfectly. It is unusual to have dark elements at the top of photos of places like this, and this makes the photo a lot stronger.
