This is unappealing and doesn't give me a sense of where the bridge fits into the world.

I think that the dark object in the lower left corner intrudes a bit too much.

The fence posts emphasize a damn stark landscape. I think your shot could benefit from some contrast or curve work to make the sky stand out a bit more. Also, the little triangle in of the road in the lower left could be cropped out. Is this taken from a moving car?

Why would you shoot a dirt road in a bridge challenge? At least shoot when the light is nice and use a tripod - this looks like it was taken from a moving car adn isn't even nice scenery.

the horizon isn't straight, my eye is drawn to the road and not "the end"

i can't say i like this one much at all, looks like it's been quickly snapped on the move. The thing i think it lacks is any real subject, other than a pile of rubble.
