 Ice sculpture next to an auto. Separation: the icy texture of the pallet and the sharpness of the actual car. The colors added a YMRC&B test to the separation as if for printing. Separation is left and right as well as dof down (front) and up (back)- draw and quartering the picture.

In Photoshop:
Cropped for effect,
auto adjusted color,
adjusted hue, saturation and lightness +/-3,
adjusted selective colors,
smudged some hot spots,
and unsharpened mask by 151% w/radius @ 2 and threshold of 2,
saved for the web.

Poor composition. Car in the background certainly adds nothing to this image.

The palet seems more like something blocking the rest of the photo insted of working with it

The icy color pallette is a great subject, but the car in the background really takes away from your subject. Maybe try adjusting your camera to only have the pallette in focus, assuming that the subject could not have been moved.
