The border is just way too much

Argh... why use black in a challenge where the focus should be on white. have seen this several times and it hasnt worked on any of the photos. The border actually bumps you down from a 7 to a 6 in this case. bad call.... 6

whoa, maybe a smaller border, if not for the border, i can see a top 20 photo, if also for a sharper focus.

The large black border pulls attention away from your picture.

Not sure on the thick border. I am not normally against borders, I just think your eyes are drawn to the huge blackness, rather than the light coloured eggs.

The thickness of the border overpowers the picture. It's also looks kind of grainy. Other than that, it's a nice picture.

I like that you added a large border. Typically l don't believe in borders, but I think this image really benefits from it. 8
