 A small white origami crane on a white background, lit from either side by a pair of lights. I kicked the lightness up a bit in photoshop to give the minimalistic look I wanted

could have been a nice shot, but it's too fuzzy, lacking clarity, with too much contrast with that brighter top left patch, looks like another case of too much post-photo editing (trying to make it REALLY white)

more of a black and white photo than a "light color" on a white background as the challenge suggests.

The think I like the moust in picture is curved surface... making picture more live.

Usually I would take points off because of the blown out background. However, you make it work, congratulations. It looks like object is flying into some kind of cloud.

You know i had the exact same idea, but was too busy to ever get round to actually photographing it... still got the crane on my table too. I was going to use snow for a background though. Very well executed :)
