 I was wondering around Fort Ord military base in Monterey Bay, California when I spotted this old building that had been burned many years ago. I thought the windows with the broken frams and the burn mark in the shape of an arch looked really nice. Needless to say, I set up my tripod, set the self timer, and sprinted in front of the building. It worked!

Post: levels, hue/sat, curves, crop.

interesting contrast of the very white subject/wall pitted against such blackness in the windows.. very strong.

Seems to be a little overexposed - the white slats are a little heavy on the eyes but contrast nicely with the dark windows.
