| I'm not sure why you would want to call attention to the bright red sign by the use of desaturation. To me, it's a major distracting element and should be de-emphasized if anything. |

| waiting for people is a big reason for which people pass time, but your title tries a little too hard and your photo doesn't quite deliver - the other person distracts, the focus is soft, the composition is awkward, and the letters staying in red don't really add any value. |
