 Converted to BW via lightness channel then slightly adjusted via curves. Very light USM, no further processing. Cloudy day light, eggs balanced on my kitchen island.

Beatiful image and composition. I am normally very lax on "meeting" the challenge, but feel in this one that the use of a light COLOR is the whole point, and would think it unfair to those who included that to score a B& W highly. Sorry. EDIT: after so much variance in the interpretation of the challenge, I am coming back through and this time judging on photogrpahic quality only, and not if it meets the challenge within reason. Bumping up.

I've seen a lot of eggs in this challenge but this is my favorite egg shot. I like how it looks as if they all are "facing" the light. How did you get them to stand up?

I like the lighting. The fact that the last egg is slightly 'off-axis' seems strange.
