 This is a veiw of the Hudson on a very cold but sunny winter day.

When I really couldn't find anything to submit for the challenge, I decided to go back and read the details again. I decided it would be alright to use a picture without a person in it because the description states "...a photograph that depicts something people do to pass the time." I liked this shot and its rich color, so i decided I had nothing to lose. I also believe that this will be the reason it will be voted down. Many voters might not accept the fact that there is not a person in the picture. In my opinion, It meets the challenge and those who do not understand, it is your own opinion, but I was just going by the rules :-)
