Technical: 8, A little busy, but focus on trunks helps minimize that
Appeal: 9, Great shadows on tree trunks. I like the background darkened to keep attention on foreground

| Photographing a forest is not easy, and I feel you pushed the contrast a bit to much, in order to create this b&w sceen. Unfortunatly the back of the forest has a dull grey zone. If you would like to make it grey I think it would be better if it were out of focus |

| There is drama in this image but then the upper part doesn't correspond with the lower somehow, lacks a bit of harmony, like it though |
