I was going to name this peice "faux cow son lie tan car owns". I gained a little sense at some point and decided to just use the actual words. This shot was setup in my hallway with common objects I found.

Here is the scene. As you can see there's nothing too fancy going on. A mirror on the floor, the sphere is a light bulb cover resting on a candle (submitted shot was using a glass) on top of a trash can.

Here are my 2 light sources, first the back light (behind the sheet), then the front light (lights the sphere and causes the crescent shape on the wall.)

I really liked the way the shot was looking in production. Now that I look back on it, the balance seems off, but I think I still like it. It's somewhat unsettling and draws me in (driving me to discover it's flaws). Or maybe it turns me away becuase of the uneasiness I feel. Hmmm... Hopefully next time I will be more satisfied (or am I already?).

I think the wrinkles in the sheet detract from the photo. Pressing it might help.

Good abstract composition. Can't quite put my finger on it, but something really appeals to me about this.

I really don't get this wrinkled sheet or what it is you are actually photographing.

I really don't understand this. The wrinkles in the cloth are distracting

I like the lighting of the purple ball (and it's reflection), but the rest just doesn't do much for me.
