 Shot into the sun on a cloudy day for that contrasty punch. Converted from RAW pushed and centered for layers to PS. Stacked layers and used layer mask to bring out detail in clouds. Flattened, bumped contrast and leveled. Pulled red and green Channels as copy to layers and blended. Then dodged and burnt to taste. USM @ 160,.5,0, saved for web, then USM @ 60,.5,0.

The sky is great, but I feel that the expanse of water does not quite have enough texture to really hold my attention.

I think the bridge should have been a third up from the bottom with less water. The water is nice but there is not enough life in it . The clouds in this picture are farm more interesting then the water. 5

The sky and the clouds are very nice. Not sure about other parts of the image.

A view of the bay that I've not seen before. Lovely sky almost a good framing of the scene with the landscape. Needs something on the right to bring the eye back in. 8
