This is at Ferncliff State Park. We were driving around one day & there was water flowing across the road. We pulled over & got out to look & right under the road was this beautiful waterfall. It has became one of our favorite spots to go now.

Good tonal range. Perhaps a slower exposure would have given the falls some more fluid shape to add to the composition. I like the contrast of bright and dark among the rocks and trees.

This is an attractive shot, perhaps it might look even better without the shadow on the pond.

I like this but I think Ansel would have had more detaild showing in the dark part just under the cliff

I like the scene, although it really makes me want to see what's on either side. Assuming it's as attractive, I think a landscape (or perhaps square) format would work better.

And although I usually prefer silky-smooth long exposure waterfalls, I think the stop motion works well here. It gives the overall photo a more dynamic feeling.
