| Nice image, but the frame is too heavy. I know you were mostly trying to get rid of distracting elements, but the tight crop, especially at the bottom, leaves this image lacking something. My brain wants to see more of the foreground. |

Technical: 9, Very peaceful. Nice tone range
Appeal: 10, Shadows on tree are quite interesting
Challenge: 9, I think the border is a little too big, and takes space from the photo

| It's a bit too tight for me, but on the other hand it still seems to work. I like the soft grey tones of the tree and boat and how they contrast against the somewhat darker toned background. Especially the way the tree fills the shot is very good. |

| Unfortunate cropping of the boat and geenral messiness of compositionw ith the tangled tree limbs mar this otherwise serene and mellow image. |
