I agree with one commenter who thought a lower angle would work to advantage. I also think that the details of the trees on the hill behind are lost on dark monitors. Wish those lovely ice-lined branches hand sung in the image as they did in real life.

I took many photos of this subject and ended up rushing the post-processing. I have plenty to work with, though, and hope to make something worthy of print from this photo-shoot.

This image was taken in the Nature Preserve on the Binghamton University campus (NY State).

The starkness in your shots is amazing. I just choose to write on this one; but you reallyy have an uncanny knack at pulling out the ..stark.

I like this shot and wonder what it would look like taken from a lower perspective, so that all of the snow-covered tree is in front of the trees in the background.

I like this one, the only problem I can see is that there's no definite subject here..is it the tree on left? love the details..maybe if that tree were a little closer to camera..7
