Your photo for surrealism deserves a better mark, I adore it, and am sorry I didnt get there in time. Yesssss.....sometimes fact is more surreal than 'fiction'....nature being the 'ultimate' reality huh!

Someone after my own heart. I used to own a beautiful pair of twinned rhodochrosite crystals... better than anything in the Smithsonian. Great job with the lighting. Dunno how surreal it is, though... |

Interesting idea, but I'm not sure you pulled off making this look surreal. I wonder what it would look like if you shot this in macro and blurred part of it. |

Definitely odd subject. But there's more of artsy documentary style than I'd like under this contest. |

should have zoomed in on it. A macro with detail would have been more interesting and surreal |
