Jubilee gardens? I'm sure there's a photo of this chap been posted here following the DPC get together in London and I even thought about going back to get a shot of him for this challenge. Good job I didn't, as I wouldn't have done as well as this.

Excellent!
What I find more striking then the obvious lines are the eyes. Maybe just the effect of this image (paint & expression) but they look very sad, adds a layer of character to the image.
