I had a hunch this was yours. I really like the way the path pulls you into the the entire frame. Really tells a story the way the beautiful flowers are in the foreground and everybody is walking away to an otherwise drab landscape. Nice shot. |

Wow, I got 3 tens! that's great! This photo was taken at the Poppy Preserve in all it's golden glory. This photo shows people walking down the path, away from the hilltops of flowers. |

I would have liked it much better without the people. Beautiful shot nevertheless. |

I like the image, especially the crop that works very well, in cooperation with the pathway. Although the image could use some more contrast and you could maybe underexpose a little bit, so you get more shadow detail. |

This shot has lots going on and I really like it. Maybe a bit more contrast to bring more out of the shot? |

One path equals one line split down the middle. I'm curious about the true color of the field vegetation. When I see black and white photos, I yearn for shadings from very light to darkest of darks to avoid hum drum grey wash. Individuals help punch some dark shade into the picture. After an Ansel Adams challenge I should try some black and white photos too. Of course he had more than a week unlike us dpchallengers. Good luck. |

Nicely done B&W. Interesting choice for this image with wildflowers. Bet you are one of those folks that went to Antelope Valley. This is a very nice capture. |

This is a great shot with people-factor. Using the top edge of the flowers, you can use that as a leading line to the trail and then follow that upwards. Although I'm a big fan of b/w photos, I feel that this could have been great either way. However, since it is b/w, it needs a bit more contrast, not much, to add more punch and depth. The sky could have been cropped a bit closer to the tops of the mountains to place emphasis on the rest of the frame. 7.5 rounded up to an 8. |

Excellent highlighting of the trail "line". I like this, but it needs more contrast, or something. 7 |
