 Another shot from last night (March 12), this one intentionally overexposed to bring out the earthshine on the unilluminated portion of the moon.

Coolpix4500, 14mm eyepiece projection, Celestron C8 telescope.

This is an amazing photo! Did you do any photoshop editing to create this image? I like the distinction between the bright and darker sides of the moon. Just a beautiful shot.
