Very nice, but I find the shadows distracting. I would suggest better placement of your lighting. I would also suggest moving the model further away from the background.

Nice commercial type shot. Looks like a magazine ad! Great contrast with the skin tones and the black and white. How cool would this have been on a dark red background? It might've reflected on her skin, but you could fix it with desat.
