Congratulations on your 12th placing. I love the color and the absence of color in this image. The framing with the walking figures and then the white background in which to capture the subject matter. Wow! |

Great composition. I like the muted "hand-tinted" tones. A father and son taking time for each other as the rest of the world hustles by... I love this shot. It speaks to my heart. Thank you for sharing this... (10) |

A very good snap for me. The crowd adds to the candidness. Was it setup or actually a candid shot? - 10 |

The foreground figures, while offering a nice frame for the main subjects, are too heavily weighted and dominant. The Father & Son connections is just grand. Great candid. |

Nice concept. Could be improved by having the central elements in sharp focus and softening the others. |

Great photo. I really like how you made them the focal point even with all the people walking by in front of them. Favorite that I have seen so far. |

I like this one, but it seems to lack a certain symetry to put it over the top. |

This shot stands out above all the others in this challenge. I dont know how well it will do as there are a lot of voters on DPC who just do not appreciate such work. I am particuarly fond of the figures in the foreground which leads the eye to the main subject. Best of luck
Edit for spelling mistake !

The focus is a little soft, but I think overall it works for this photo...8 |

you may get some comments about hte other people, but i think the photo is great with this little peak through the busy crowd to see father and son bonding off on their own. |

This shot is very delivers. It would also make a great stock shot. I think the background is a bit too overexposed, but the way this shot is set up makes me think that is intentional. Good job. |

Fantastic. Framing, Lowered saturation. Not including the heads of the people in the picture was a well thought choice. And most of all, the look of the child in the eyes and relaxed nature of the older man is genuine. Well done. |

I like the composition. Two guys alone in the crowd. Focus seems to be sharper on
the girl on the left which draws the eye away from the guys. |

Very nice compostition. I just wish the foreground were a little more out of focus, so you could focus on father and son. |

I like many things about this, but the crop - shoulda had the subjects fill much more of the frame, imho. Good job though. |
