| The lighting is a bit harsh, and the cuttoff fingers of the daughters hand are a little distracting. The emotion and the mothers expression are great. The DOF is wonderful as well. |

| I like the composition of this shot. I think it really shows the bond between a mother and daughter, despite all of thier differences, they will always have a special bond. |

| This is a nice photo. I especially like the colorful clothing and the angles formed bythe position of their heads and the daughter's arm. 8 |

| This is beautiful. The daughter seems to be focused on the future, yet is holding onto her past to care for her mother. The mom seems comfortable with the reversal of roles. I also like how the daughter is facing the sun (future) while the mom is in the shadows a bit (the past) A poignant story in just one shot. (9) |

| I like the feeling in this photo. Good choice for this challenge. Nice lighting, and nice muted background. |

| This is a nice whot. I like how the background is blurred out so you can focus on the subject. Nice work. |

| Nice capture. The lighting is good. I think less wind would have enhanced this shot as it looks like the duaghter stuck her finger in a light socket. Nicely done, though. |
