For photographs like these I consider it essential to be able to see the surfer's face -especially if one were to actually try to market it as a stock photo.
I'm also not very fond of the colors in the picture, perhaps high-contrast B&W would suit it better? |

This would sell for sure and I really like the shot, now I wish I lived somewhere where I could do that ;-) Excellent Sport Action Shot. |

It would have been so much nicer and effective to see him face on but I do like the water and its dynamic capture |

Nice capture, but I would prefer to see front of surfer rather than back. |

Almost every surfing photo one sees is of success, but I find this shot of the surfer just losing control to be much more interesting. I love the orange and yellow against the foamy green surf. |
