 Local cemetary after a snowfall. Took lots of shots but liked the irony of the "do not enter" sign. I feel that this shot could have appeal for editors looking to illustrate stories about sickness, illness, disease, addiction, accidents or death. It could be serious or humerous, and therefore I think it would potentially have quite quite wide appeal from that standpoint. Of course, whether the DPC voter see it this way is open to considerable debate. It is not a "WOW" photo but in my mind, although many will see this as a free study challenge, the true appeal should be looked at editorially. I feel this fits the bill well.

The background needs to be either more focused, or more blurred. I think, you just did not take the process far enough. Good effort.
