you'll probably get slammed on here for the filter effects, but I kind of like it, makes the sky look very intense like your driving off into the abyss.

The color shift was a great idea. I always tap my finger on the steering wheel when I have to wait.

didnt recommend disqualification, but this looks like half the image has been process through some kind of filter, in any case it just doesnt work for me.....sorry........4

Bizarre post-processing! It has a comic book flavor to it. The weakes part of the image seems to me to be the overly-bright spot on the steering wheel--it just draws undue attention.

Great photo...fits challenge well. I like the technique you used to sort of posterize it. Well cropped.

too overprocessed looking for my taste

the odd processing doesn't positively contribute to the composition

is this effect permissible in basic editing?

I like this, but not as photography. I think you can do an interesting series of these.

I usually don't like photos with heavy color alteration, but this one seems to work pretty well. Nicely done.
