The sky looks ominous and it's great. The DOF is good for this image as it captures the buildings in the foreground and the background. I always like taking photos when the roads are wet because it adds further detail that will otherwise be washed out on dry pavement. Again, the bothersome "tilting building" effect. The halos around the street lights are a bit distracting but somehow still complements the overall composition. |

You should really have rottated this a little in my opinion, The lights are great and otherwise a nice phot. |
