Ahh, glorious spring time :) Nice composition. Only criticism is that the clock tower appears to be leaning to the right. I would like to see the center line of the clock tower be vertical instead of the right line.

I like how the building comes from the left because it's the first thing you see. Then the dogwood which is beautiful in front of the bright blue sky.

There are few with the same title, so it might be difficult to get a ribbon, but I like the composition of this photograph and the colours. Very nice and clean looking.
