A great photo in which grabbed me straight away. Ok I do have to ask though, if it is real, how did you get so close / if it is fake you did one fantastic job in focusing in on the scariest part of the animals face. Technically, the clarity, focus/clarity and dof are Very well done. GL in this weeks challenge.

Looks like its sizing up lunch. Eyes are out of foucs and that distracts.

I would have liked to see the eyes in sharper focus. The thing about this photo is that the title doesn't seem to say what the tiger's eyes are saying. He looks tired and resigned to the life he is living - certainly not a wild free animal with no fear!!

The focus on this shot misdirects my attention to the fur in the center of the shot, which is rather uninteresting, while the eyes toward the edges are left slightly out of focus. If that is because of your auto focus, you should lock the autofocus with one of the eyes in the middle of the frame, and then while keeping the focus locked move the camera so that the eyes are along the sides again. This shot also doesn't seem to really convey any emotion to me except for the title. I have no emotional responce to it. I'd also recommend a wider crop, since currently I can't really tell what this animal is, or at least use a different crop so that unidentifiable fur doesn't dominate the shot. Hope that helps. Good luck. 3

beautiful detail in the fur and eyes. Not particularly emotional though.

Without the rest of the animals nose, this doesn't look right. The focus is not good on the eyes and seems to be on the fur between and in front of the eyes. Nice color.

Pretty powerful! Good clear photo. A winner as far as I'm concerned.
