| I like your idea, but I would like to see more drama in the sky. Also, I think the fuzzy trees detract from the dramatic line of the building. |

| Nice. I'd have cropped just a wee bit off the right side to remove the light part where the building ends. (Just my opinion!) |

| This is a nice image. I love the contrast seen here, the subject is a really rich black and i like how the sky has variations of white and grays. Nice work. |

| Nice use of sun in the backlighting. I like the glow around the rock or structure in the middle. The sky has just enough interest without distracting from the foreground shapes. Nice! |

| I love the composition of the shot. The silhouetted church against the sky. The B/W is great for the shot. It's relation to the challenge category isn't immediately clear. It seems a few steps removed for this challenge. A terrific shot though. |

I love this picture. love. it.
but, in the beginning... there was a church? I see what you're getting at - but I feel like it's a bit overly trite to just pick something religious to show that God created the heavens and the earth. It's like you just picked something that would make people think of God so they could make the connection on their own.
I mean I could be misreading this though, but if not, 4. |

| I think the photo thus titled lacks a link to the challenge. If this were titled 'Lux' or 'Light' or 'Dawn' then it would definintely fit. So I'll judge it that way. |
