This whole shot was something of an accident. I was trying to take some night shots of the fog on a lake near my house and as I walked back to the car a train passed. I swung up the camera, and took (what turned out to be) the last shot before the battery died. It was foggy and I had smudged the lens a bit which created the effect around the light. It's a small miracle that I managed to hold the camera steady with only a monopod (b/c my tripod legs were folded together)!

On my computer the photo looks great, but on some other computers it looks overly dark... hope most viewers have a screen more like mine :)

The mist looks cool coming off the water in the moonlight.

This photo is too busy. The train steals attention from the sun, and the sun distracts you from the train. If only one was the focal point of this image, I would like it a lot more, but it is still a nice image.

I see a blurry foggy thing in the middle of a interesting photo, too bad because it is very distracting

Lots of light reflections make picture real interesting.
