It took me forever to build a tunnel of sorts for my desklamp to concentrate the beam of light.

Lens: Canon 18-55mm, at 33mm.
The white balance is NOT off, I wanted that warm, yellow glow in the darkness.

Wow this would have been good for the "Bored" challenge too! I like the lighting and colors in this shot. A well thought out answer to the challenge.

I like the control of lighting, how the hotspot falls on Microsoft and providing just enough emphasis on the coffee cup and the hand. micro kid is a bonus.

Hilarious! Excellent composition and lighting. Very creative take on a challenge with a lot of repetition.

This is an absolutely brilliant take on this challenge. I see you studied your subjects well. The circled comment at the upper right corner clearly indicates that the author is Mr. Allen, and as such should counter any comments you may receive that Bill Gates is left handed. Adding the name "Lakeside" is also very well thought out.

Great idea, composition and lighting. Very well done indeed. My highest scoring photo to date.

funny! nicely taken shot. Well lit. Only criticism is that the link is in the writing, not in the photography, as such!

Amusing; I'm a little disappointed to see no business objectives though. Anything which contains the phrase "try to take over the world" is automatically more interesting. This will brand me as a geek, but originally the company's name was hyphenated as it is on line 4. And Gates is left-handed.
